Le Reve in Vegas

While down in Las Vegas, Freshman Forward Brittney Boyack (a Vegas native) showed the cities of lights off to her teammates. Saturday night we all went to Le Reve in the Wynn Resort. Le Reve is a breathtaking performance in an intimate aqua theater-in-the-round. The show features aerial acrobatics, talented choreography and artistic athleticism.
The cast of 85 captured the imagination of the Aggies with their outrageous antics and daring feats of strength and agility. Live music and elaborate special effects produces a world of fantasy, adventure and intrigue. Plus the Aggies got a back stage tour of this amazing production.

USU beats UCLA & Draws with Arizonia State in Vegas

4/19/09-

The Aggies turn the corner and beat prerineal powerhouse UCLA 1-0 in Vegas. Molli Merrill collected the shut out in an outstading performance and Erin Salmon finished a first time strike off a cross from Shantel Flannary.

In game two down in lucky Las Vegas the Aggies drew 0-0 with Arizonia State. Molli Merrill had another fine outing collecting her 5th shutout of the spring. The aggies just couldn't find the finsihing touch after creating plenty of oppritunities.

But what a way to end our spring...two great results against PAC-10 teams and loads of confidence going into the summer off season.

USU @ Utah

4/9/09-
Utah State dropped one against in-state rival Utah 3-1 in a wet rain soaked evening.
Utah scored in the first half on an own goal by the Aggies but we pulled one back in the second on a goal by Lindsay Smart. All in all it was a good opportunity in the spring for the Aggies to challenge all the players on its roster and will hopefully pay dividends in the future.

**So no film, bad weather!

SPRING USU @ Idaho St

Utah State beat Idaho State (3/20/2009) up in Pocatello 3-0 with goals coming from Danielle Shorts (2) and Shantel Flanary. Molli Merrill record her 3rd shutout of the spring. GO AGGIES!!!

Dani hit's a free kick bomb!

Dani gets her second on a great half volley with the assist from a Syd free kick.

Shantel gets on the board with some help from a Shio assist and a GK blunder.

Molli guides a Bengal free kick over the bar with confidence.

Molli gives no ground and no chance for Idaho State.
